Construction Health & Safety Site Inspections

Who is responsible for Construction Health and Safety?

As an employer, construction companies are required by law to control health and safety risks.

Health and Safety Law is comprehensive and requires expert management. This is especially true in construction where the building environment is dynamic, changing frequently and providing a continuous need for clear risk assessment.

Appointing a competent person to manage construction health and safety.

Construction companies must appoint a competent person to help them meet their health and safety legal obligations. This can be an employee and / or someone from outside their business.

At Trusted Fire Door Inspections, we carry out health and safety site inspections, nationwide, on a broad range of construction projects. We are the trusted Health and Safety inspection partner for a range of Principal Contractors and Sub Contractors.

We have a team of fully accredited and certificated Inspectors. Their role is ensure your site is running safely and presents no immediate risks to life, ensuring compliance with The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

Our visits can be by appointment or ad hoc. On completion, our inspectors will liaise with the site manager on their findings & you will be provided with a detailed report within 24 hours of the site visit, highlighting any necessary corrective actions.

Our experienced, qualified Inspectors are personable and pragmatic. Their role is to work productively with construction firms, to provide the best advice and guidance on the health and safety requirements, and how well they are being met.

Please contact us to learn more about how we could help you with your construction site health and safety inspections. We can begin with an informal conversation to learn more about your specific concerns and needs, and discuss how we could help.
